At AmaniHaus, every product is made to order and customized specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or ordered incorrectly. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect
We'll Make It Right
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (meaning we made an error), contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Cancellations
2-Hour Window
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After this period, production may have already begun and we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations.
Non-Refundable
Situations We Cannot Cover
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer (names, spellings, etc.)
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Order delivered to the correct address but customer was unavailable
- Colour variations due to screen display differences
- Change of mind after production has begun
